Just had accident repair and some general paint work. Highly recommend you skip the chain shops and let them take care of you. Been in business locally for years, real people who care about making sure things are right for you. Competitive pricing, beautiful color matching, car was all cleaned up for delivery. This is what built America and made it great.

Bob & team get an incredible job. Super happy & easily the best shop in all of Central OH and Columbus for your auto repair needs. Incredible communication and of high integrity. Definitely will be referring everyone I know to you all! Nothing beats a high quality family renowned business over 7 or so decades!! You'll be thrilled you went to Kraft first, because they were our second shop (and by not initially knowing of Kraft (and using our insurance's referral shop, it slowed us down by 3 months). We were referred to them by a colleague, so thankful for that!

I couldn’t be happier with the work Kraft’s Auto Body did on my 4Runner. They replaced my front bumper and hood after my accident, and the finished result honestly looks even better than it did when I first bought the vehicle. From start to finish, communication was excellent. They were easy to get ahold of, kept me updated throughout the repair process, and handled communication with my insurance company, which made everything so much less stressful. The repairs were completed in a timely manner without sacrificing quality. The paint match is flawless, the body lines are perfect, and the attention to detail really shows. It’s clear they take pride in their work. If you’re looking for an honest, professional shop that does exceptional work and makes the repair process easy, I highly recommend Craft’s Auto Body. Got my panel painted and bumper replaced after someone hit and run me in a parking garage. The price was reasonable and they did a great job; the paint matched great and you couldn’t even tell it was ever done. All the sensors in my car were also working perfectly afterwards. Highly recommend!
